The first step is booking your consultation and we will assess your goals and answer questions.
We then will dive into the psychological aspect of the game, with different proven methods to help different aspects of the psychological elements. This could help you become more aggressive on the pitch, more focused and more. We also offer video clip analysing (if you have any) and provide feedback in your matches to help you improve your in game play.
The 4 week plan includes nutritional advisement and an example meal plan which includes 4 different ‘food day’ options, food alternatives and supplement advice. This also includes a calisthenics, football specific stretches/movement, live zoom sessions, strength and conditioning, functional movement, cardio programme, core & HIIT sessions, football technical sessions, ball mastery and plyometrics.
We provide videos for sessions (i.e. ball mastery) in the training plan or written instructions for more self explanatory sessions. This is included and planned for you, day by day, and on Sunday’s (or a preferred day) we review the week and set goals for the next week.
